A parliamentary committee meeting on Wednesday, chaired by Ayaz Sadiq, approved the appointment of two members of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) from Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Following several meetings of the Pakistani Election Commission, the names were approved.
Justice (retd) Ikram Ullah Khan (from Swat) has been appointed as an ECP member from KPK.
